So... recently I have been doing some serious people watching. And some serious observations about people in general. Not just physical observations but emotional and mental and spiritual observations.
This post I would like to focus on male/female relationships.
My latest observation isn't all lovey dovey either. So get that through your head right now. I'm thinking this post, by the time I am done with it will be full of bitter anger. Don't be confused. It's not that I am angry that I myself am not currently in a relationship. In fact, it's just bitterness at humanity and how stupid we all are. Granted, this crap happens in a case by case basis. But, in all honesty, we all have these moments so don't kid yourself into thinking you are exempt from these actions.
I will now get to my point.
Males are absolute retards. In fact, I would wager that they are about as dense as Styrofoam. I can't help but wonder if there is even a brain in there half the time. We females drop all kinds of hints to them and males just don't get it!!!! And the great part is, they are the most obvious hints! In fact, sometimes we forget dropping the hint and flat out say it and our male "friends" still don't get the picture. This isn't just when we like the guy. It is also when we want nothing to do with the guy and he won't leave us alone.
Females are also retards. I hate to take a stab at my own gender, but lets be honest, there are just as many reasons that girls are retarded as there are for boys being retarded. And the one thing I just want to point out to the female population right now is this: The answer to every boy problem you ever have is solved with four simple words. HE IS A BOY!!!! So get the picture! Why hasn't he picked up on your hints? Because he is a boy. Why hasn't he called/texted you? Because he is a boy. Why doesn't he seem to give a crap about anything? Oh that's easy, because he is a boy. Any question you ask about a boy is always truthfully answered with "he is a boy". It says it all.
At this point, you are probably wondering why I named this post, "Love the way you lie." Well I am about to answer that.
I think Eminem and Rihanna really have something here. I mean this in all seriousness. Evaluate your own relationships ladies. How many times has a male gotten so completely under your skin? How many times has he abused your trust, your friendship, your love, your time, your emotions, your tears (if you have any), your life, your anything? How many times has he, figuratively speaking, "tied you to the bed and set the house on fire"? And yet we still go running back to them and give them chance after chance after chance. I hate to use this comparison, it seems a bit sacrilegious I guess, but it's almost like we are God. I mean really, if you are a religious person you believe that you can be forgiven for the same sins over and over and God will give you infinite chances, you just have to keep trying. Well, same with us.
Our "man" makes a big "mistake". And then he says one thing! Just one thing to butter us up and we feel like the world! "Mistake" forgiven! Which, ok, that's not a bad thing. It's just once, right? But then he makes another "mistake", even worse. And this time we are absolutely livid. We vow to never forgive and to move on. But once again, he comes around with his sugary lips and sweet ways of wooing and we forget all about it and are just so happy that he is with us again and life is just so complete, right? I mean, things are moving forward. And then, another "mistake". By this point, we should just admit that this is a regular occurrence and will continue to be a regular occurrence. We cave over and over and over. We can't seem to shed this skin. We let them walk all over us and abuse us and use us. And for what? That feeling of somebody caring for us unconditionally? We are so run by our emotions that we quite literally love the way they lie! We let them tie us to the bed and set the house on fire! They swear they will never let anything hurt us or come between "us". But then they "scratch, claw bit 'em, throw 'em down pin 'em". Really ladies? And we just come running back for more. We just sit there and BURN, and we CRY because they LIE! And we LOVE IT!!! And they probably love it too! They probably sit in the men's bathroom swapping stories about how bad they wronged their girl! Let's stop loving the way they lie, and get a grip on our emotions! But then, if we did that, we would be just like the male population and driven by our pants rather than "love". In other words, we would be douche bags.
Maybe these poor males should be given the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they really don't know that this is what they are doing to us. Maybe they really do care, but who am I to judge. Ok. I have to admit that girls have a lot of blame in these issues, and girls do cause boys a lot of emotional grief.
My only point in writing all of this is to point out that girls love the way boys lie. We are all guilty of it. But then, guys love the way girls lie too. So I shouldn't just bash on the men. I am no expert on love. This is just what I have seen. I guess I'm just a bitter, cynical nasty during finals week. But that is my observation on relationships. So brownie points to Eminem and Rihanna. Good, honest song. Crazy lady is over and out. ;)

The most influential people
There are so many people that have had an impact on my life. So it is basically next to impossible to include them all in this. I will just name a few.
Number 1: My parents
Number 1: My parents
I love my parents. They are the most supportive people. Even though they may not agree with all the choices I make, they still love me and they help me through the hard times and never give up on me.
Number 2: My sister Valoree
We chill like villains! Hahaha! Ok really, we spend a lot of time together when I am home.
And we love to play in the mud! Because of Val, my tom boy side comes out a lot. Of course I'm not as extreme as her, but we have good times going out and enjoying Nevada.
And we take great pictures of each other! Ha!
Number 3 Heidi Anderson
A.K.A. April Pealot. I love this girl. She was my roommate Winter semester of 2009. And we clicked instantly. Not kidding. It was super weird. She helped me break out of my shell and two years later, we are still kickin' it strong!
She IS cooler than you!
Fetchin' Heidi.
LOVES!
Needless to say, we have lots of fun together and she is amazing! I would die without her!
Number 4 Ariel Bledsoe
We were roommates fall 2009 and winter 2010. And we are bestest friends!! She is always there for me when I need her. And she helped turn me into a girl. Well, obviously I'm a girl, but I've been rather tom boyish until Ariel came along and helped me crawl out of that hole! Hahahaha!
She is amazing at the guitar! And she is a great example to me!
Can you say GORGEOUS!!!
And she is the best shopping buddy ever! I can't wait to see her in approximately 23.1 days!!!
Ok. So I'm no where near being done talking about the people I love and how much they have influenced my life. So for the sake of time, I will save it for another post. Over and out!!

Nevada
Ok. So I decided to start a blog. Obviously. I have no idea what I will write about but I'm really excited about it!
First I will start by saying I LOVE NEVADA!!! It is my absolute favorite place ever! I am currently stuck in Idaho going to school for the next few weeks. But it's almost over and I get to go back to Nevada for a while.
Most people are probably wondering why in the heck I would love Nevada so much. Well, first of all, my immediate family is there. ALL of them, and I love my family. And I have never missed them so much as I do right now.
I also love it because it's soooooo beautiful! Many people may not love sagebrush, but I do. And I love the mountains and the sunsets. And the big blue sky that hasn't been tainted by pollution, or blocked by trees. Nevada is beautiful for many other reasons. But if you will have to see it to believe it. Here's a sample:

Well, I will stop with this post. And I hope somebody will agree with me that Nevada is fantastic! Over and out! ;)
